Role duties
- Operating mobile plant including loaders (WA 500), dozers (D7R), roller and compactor, 247 All Terrain Vehicle, 883 Screening Plant and Hino tip truck.
- Labouring duties including equipment maintenance, gardening, weed control and irrigation installation and maintenance.
- Dealing with customers on a daily basis including checking, grading and recording materials received and despatched.
- Loader operating experience. WA 500 or similar.
- C class motor drivers licence.
Desirable
- Dozer operating experience. D7R or similar.
- HR class motor drivers licence.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience operating and maintaining a mobile screening plant. (Finlay 883 or similar)
- Previous experience in compost and soils manufacture or recycling.
- First Aid training.
The person
- Self motivated and autonomous.
- Works to high standards with the desire to improve and grow with the business.
- Ability to work unsupervised and make sound decisions.
