About - Sustainability Principles

For Eclipse Resources the following is the company's sustainability policy statement:

1. We will design, plan and manage our operational sites to have the least possible adverse effect on the natural environment. We will also strive to reap the greatest benefits for the Group, clients and the community with cost effective measures that sustain the continuity and growth of services.
2. Key decision-making will integrate economic, social and environmental aspects and seeks to achieve positive outcomes in each.
3. Where applicable, we will protect and enhance biodiversity and ecological integrity as part of the irreplaceable life support systems upon which the earth depends.
4. We seek to reduce our ecological footprint (i.e. less material and energy demands and reduction in waste), while simultaneously maintaining and improving operational effectiveness.
5. We aim to create a culture of sustainability and build awareness of sustainability principles and their application to our business.
6. We regularly test decision-making processes and activities, and analysis of new business opportunities against sustainability principles.
